Refund Policy
Information regarding ticket cancellations and app subscriptions.

We want you to have the best experience at our premium events and sports bookings. Our standard ticket cancellation rules are as follows:
- Cancellation by User: Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Organizer: If an event or sports match is cancelled by HumFive or the host due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be automatically processed.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Premium Subscriptions
If HumFive offers premium memberships or in-app purchases, these are governed by the respective app store policies.
App Store Billing
App subscriptions are managed directly via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To request a refund for a subscription or cancel an auto-renewal, you must do so directly through the Apple/Google billing platform on your device settings.
