By downloading or using the HumFive app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

User Conduct

HumFive is designed to facilitate real-world connections. You agree to behave respectfully both online (in chats and comments) and offline (at events and meetups). Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will result in an immediate ban from the platform without refund.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on HumFive, as our platform facilitates dating and adult networking events.

Event Liability

HumFive acts as a discovery platform for local happenings.

• Third-Party Events: While we curate events, HumFive is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or disputes that occur at third-party or user-hosted events.
• User Verification: We encourage all users to meet in public places for initial interactions. We do not run criminal background checks on standard users.
